Sama Beydoun is a multi-disciplinary artist, currently based in Paris and born and raised in Beirut. She juggles and mixes between design, photography, typography and illustration as means of expression. Her inspirations are often drawn from the streets and its people, gravitating around topics related to visual culture, social sensitivity and collective narratives. Her project ‘Beirut Street Museum’ won the 2019 Areen Prize of Excellence in Graphic Design in Beirut and 2021 Emerging Graphic Designer of the Year by DNA Paris Design Awards. Her photography has been shown in Paris, Marseille, Barcelona, New York and Beirut.
